What Personal Information About Customers Does VoicePad Gather?

The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your VoicePad experience. Here are the types of information we gather.

• Information You Give Us: We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as sending you lead information, providing service, and communicating with you.
• Automatic Information: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites, we use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses VoicePad.com or 42y.us for text-based mobile sites.
• E-mail Communications: In order to best serve your requests, we often track our communications with you for reference.
• Information from Other Sources: We might receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information. When connecting to Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, basic account or channel information will be stored to tie the account to your VoicePad service account.
• Use of Information: We use the information we gather to provide real estate tools and services to you, which are available through your account. For YouTube, we use the information to post, update, and delete videos.� For Facebook and Twitter, we use the information to post to and update the appropriate accounts.

What About Cookies?

• Cookies are unique identifiers that we transfer to your device to enable our systems to recognize your device and to provide features such as dashboard security.� We require the use of cookies for you to log into the web interface.

Does VoicePad Share the Information It Receives?

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we do not transfer or sell such information to others except as noted below:

• Third-Party Service Providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling sign orders and processing credit card payments. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions.
• Business Transfers: In the event that VoicePad or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will be one of the transferred assets.
• Protection of VoicePad and Others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of VoicePad, our users, or others. As an agent, VoicePad gives you access to a broad range of information about your account and your interactions with VoicePad for the limited purpose of viewing and, in certain cases, updating that information.

What Choices Do I Have?

• You can always choose not to provide information, even though it might be needed to improve your services.
• You can add or update certain information on pages such as those referenced in the profile section. When you update information, we occasionally keep a copy of the prior version for our records.
• If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please adjust your notification settings.
• To request that your data be removed, send an email to data-management@voicepad.com with the details of your request.
